Policies and Shipping Information

Please read all policies carefully. Placing an order with open2conversation.com means you agree to our policies and conditions.


Secure check-out:

As you check-out, you will notice the “s” after the “http” in the url box. This notates that your transaction is going through a secure check-out system utilizing encrypted data to protect your personal information. You should also know that open2conversation.com uses PayPal as our check-out/shopping cart system. This does not mean you need to have a PayPal account in order to pay via our gateway; you DO NOT. What it does mean is that you have the comfort of knowing PayPal; one of the largest, most secure payment processor is behind your purchase.

If you wish to order by mail, please email us your order (list the items you plan to purchase). We will then email you an invoice. You can print the invoice and mail it along with your payment to:

Once we have received your payment (please do not send cash or personal checks, we only accept money orders), we will mail your purchase to you.


Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is very important to us. When we gather information from you like your name, address, e-mail, phone and credit card number, it is for the sole purpose of processing your order. Open2conversation.com takes great care in all aspects of our customer service, especially in guarding your information. Our promise to you is as follows:

1) We will never sell trade or share any information you share with us.
2) We will never contact you by telephone, unless it is necessary to process your order.

Processing Time:

Processing your order can take up to 48 hours. Generally, if you utilize “standard USPS” shipping you will receive your order within 10 business days of the day you place it. If for any reason an unexpected delay were to take place, open2conversation.com will notify you via email. If you feel your order is taking longer than anticipated, you may contact us at contact@open2conversation.com at any time. Currently we do not ship internationally.


Shipping Costs:

The cost of shipping is calculated and added to the price of your items during the secure check-out phase of your purchase. Open2conversation.com utilizes USPS as our primary shipping service. All packages delivered in the United States will have a tracking number provided by USPS. Please make sure every detail of your shipping information is correct before placing your order.


Return Policy:

It is very important to us at open2conversation.com that you are happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund (less shipping & handling costs, both on the original order and the return as well- return shipping is the responsibility of the person returning the item). The item you are returning must be un-used and in the exact condition it was in upon shipment. We cannot accept items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the purchaser for returns or refunds. Also we do not accept returns for hats/caps; ALL hats/caps sales are final.

Before shipping an item back you must notify us by sending an email to returns@open2conversation.com for an authorization number.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

If your item is lost or damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately at contact@open2conversation.com. Lost or damaged claims made more than 15 days after shipment cannot be honored.
